Where the methodology
comes from.
The methodology is intelligence tradecraft — source operations, analytical synthesis, influence architecture, counter-manipulation, decision frameworks under adversarial conditions — adapted for civilian application. The mechanisms are not new to operators in the field. The translation to civilian context is what the methodology corpus contributes.
Sec. 11 · Lineage
Five sources, one synthesis.
- Source 01
HUMINT source operations
The Pillar 1 primitives — rapport architecture, calibration through micro-feedback, the asymmetric question, tells and the baseline, pattern of life, deception cluster, source validation, follow-up architecture — are adapted from the operational discipline of human-intelligence officers.
- Source 02
RASCLS influence framework
The Pillar 5 influence architecture descends from Robert Cialdini's six principles of influence, extended by Randy Burkett's adaptation for HUMINT agent recruitment (Reciprocation, Authority, Scarcity, Commitment / Consistency, Liking, Social Proof — plus Identity Activation as a Tactical Arsenal addition).
- Source 03
Prisoner's Calculus framework
Pillar 3 applies game-theoretic methodology drawn from Prisoner's Dilemma literature to civilian adversarial situations: career inflection, capital allocation, legal exposure, relationship rupture.
- Source 04
Counter-manipulation literature
Pillar 6 draws on clinical and forensic literature on coercive-control patterns (gaslighting, DARVO, intermittent reinforcement, isolation, manufactured scarcity, manufactured intimacy) and translates them into a calibrated detection + counter-move framework.
- Source 05
OPSEC discipline
Pillar 6's structural defense covers eight domains — identity hygiene, digital footprint, financial compartmentalization, communication channel discipline, location discipline, relational compartmentalization, surveillance detection, crisis-event OPSEC — calibrated to civilian threat models rather than paranoid extremes.
Sec. 12 · What is original
What we add to the discipline.
A substantial portion of the corpus is tagged [ORIGINAL] — primitives, frameworks, and operational sequences developed on top of the heritage above.
The Prisoner's Calculus integration with civilian decision-making, the operating-mode shape (Recognition → Attribution → Counter-move → Calibration → Optional escalation), the cross-pillar hand-off matrix, the Predator-Type Taxonomy, the Counter-Manipulation Detection Sequence, and the five HANDLER frameworks (Pre-Engagement Architecture, Crisis-Recovery Sequence, Board-Candidacy Campaign, Counter-Adversary Protocol, Inheritance-Transition Architecture) are Tactical Arsenal contributions.
Sec. 13 · What it is not
What we refuse to be.
Not a self-help framework. Not a personal-development system. Not life coaching.
The methodology treats operators as adults managing actual high-stakes encounters in their careers, finances, relationships, and family systems — and gives them tradecraft-grade tools to handle those encounters.
