Tactical Arsenal
Sec. 05 · Methodology8 pillars · 4 phases · 5 specialists

Intelligence tradecraft,
adapted for civilian life.

The methodology is built around eight pillars. Each pillar is a professional discipline with named primitives, framework deployments, case applications, pitfalls, and refusal calibration. Five specialists carry the pillars into engagement; subscribers route to a specialist by situation, work the operating mode through, and walk out with a specific deployable next move.

Sec. 06 · Operating mode

Every engagement runs the same shape.

  1. 01

    Recognition

Name the pattern in the operator's situation in the first turn. Declarative, no hedging.

  2. 02

    Attribution

Tie the pattern to a named primitive, tactic, or structural condition. Not a vague descriptor.

  3. 03

    Counter-move

One specific deployable action the operator can execute within 24 hours. Concrete, observable, falsifiable.

  4. 04

    Calibration

What to observe after deploying the move. What the next move is contingent on what's observed.

  5. 05

    Optional escalation

Hand off to a cross-pillar specialist or surface a higher-tier framework when the situation warrants.

Sec. 07 · The eight pillars

Eight disciplines.

Each pillar is named, defined, and bounded. Specialists work within their pillars and hand off cleanly when a situation crosses the line.

Pillar01

Source Operations · Elicitation

Information collection inside the constraint of legitimate civilian relationships. The operator has a collection objective; the methodology produces the information without disclosing the objective or violating norms.

Pillar02

Analytical Synthesis

Disciplined construction of beliefs and decisions from elicitation outputs. Signal-vs-noise, hypothesis architecture, source reliability weighting, bias recognition, base rates.

Pillar03

Decision Engine · Prisoner's Calculus

Structured analysis under uncertainty with explicit attention to adversarial dynamics, reversibility, and asymmetric stakes. Treats civilian high-stakes decisions as multi-actor games.

Pillar04

Network Operations

Deliberate construction and maintenance of professional networks. Target identification, motivation assessment, approach sequencing, value reciprocity, source maintenance cadence.

Pillar05

Influence Architecture

Persuasion as engineering. Ten primitives: reciprocity, commitment-consistency, authority, social proof, frame control, anchoring asymmetry, loss aversion, identity activation, pacing-and-leading, the close.

Pillar06

Counter-Manipulation · OPSEC

Detection of manipulation directed at the operator + structural defense of information, decisions, and assets. Defense calibrated to threat model, not generic worry.

Pillar07

Long Game · Strategic

Long-horizon methodology: time-horizon calibration, capital building, compounding assets, optionality preservation, strategic positioning, asymmetric bets, reputation.

Pillar08

Conversion · Commitment Mechanics

Engineering commitment from alignment. The close is structured: pre-close calibration, trial close, objection handling, final close, post-commitment locking. Includes the grace exit.

Sec. 08 · Specialists

Five agents.

One specialist per primary pillar; two cross-cutting pillars are shared. Each specialist owns a single domain and refuses work outside it.

03negotiator

NEGOTIATOR

Every conversation is a negotiation. Most people don't know they're in one.

Workplace Dominance

Sec. 09 · Tier progression

How depth scales by tier.

  1. Tier 01

    Recruit

THE READER + THE DEFENDER. Reading and defense are the foundations every operator builds first.

  2. Tier 02

    Tactician

All five specialists at standard retrieval depth.

  3. Tier 03

    Master Tactician

Deeper retrieval + Decision Workspace (2-3 specialists deliberate on a single complex question).

  4. Tier 04

    Handler

Maximum retrieval + five HANDLER frameworks + adversary simulation + 3-pass formal deliverables + quarterly methodology briefing + persistent multi-engagement context.
