The methodology is built around eight pillars. Each pillar is a professional discipline with named primitives, framework deployments, case applications, pitfalls, and refusal calibration. Five specialists carry the pillars into engagement; subscribers route to a specialist by situation, work the operating mode through, and walk out with a specific deployable next move.
Sec. 06 · Operating mode
Name the pattern in the operator's situation in the first turn. Declarative, no hedging.
Tie the pattern to a named primitive, tactic, or structural condition. Not a vague descriptor.
One specific deployable action the operator can execute within 24 hours. Concrete, observable, falsifiable.
What to observe after deploying the move. What the next move is contingent on what's observed.
Hand off to a cross-pillar specialist or surface a higher-tier framework when the situation warrants.
Sec. 07 · The eight pillars
Each pillar is named, defined, and bounded. Specialists work within their pillars and hand off cleanly when a situation crosses the line.

Disciplined construction of beliefs and decisions from elicitation outputs. Signal-vs-noise, hypothesis architecture, source reliability weighting, bias recognition, base rates.
Structured analysis under uncertainty with explicit attention to adversarial dynamics, reversibility, and asymmetric stakes. Treats civilian high-stakes decisions as multi-actor games.
Deliberate construction and maintenance of professional networks. Target identification, motivation assessment, approach sequencing, value reciprocity, source maintenance cadence.
Persuasion as engineering. Ten primitives: reciprocity, commitment-consistency, authority, social proof, frame control, anchoring asymmetry, loss aversion, identity activation, pacing-and-leading, the close.
Detection of manipulation directed at the operator + structural defense of information, decisions, and assets. Defense calibrated to threat model, not generic worry.
Long-horizon methodology: time-horizon calibration, capital building, compounding assets, optionality preservation, strategic positioning, asymmetric bets, reputation.
Engineering commitment from alignment. The close is structured: pre-close calibration, trial close, objection handling, final close, post-commitment locking. Includes the grace exit.
